iGaming Asking Prices Report: Q4 2026

    BuySellCasino EditorialNovember 6, 2026

    Key findings

The median asking price on BuySellCasino is €36,000 across 46 live listings, but the market splits into two very different groups. Just over half of listings ask less than €50,000, while 11 listings ask €1 million or more and hold 94% of the total asking value.

    • Total asking value: the 46 live listings ask €42.4 million in total.

    • Most common asset: online casinos make up 26 of the 46 listings, or 57%.

    • Typical casino: the median casino asks €17,500, but casino prices run from €100 to €13 million.

    • Entry-level supply: 14 listings, or 30%, ask under €10,000.

    • Missing middle: only 2 listings ask between €250,000 and €999,999.

    • European premium: European listings have a median ask of €462,500, against €12,450 for global listings.

These are asking prices set by sellers. They show what sellers want, not what buyers have paid.

    How we measured this

This report covers every live listing on BuySellCasino on 6 November 2026. That is 46 listings from 28 sellers, with asking prices shown in euros.

We use the median as the main measure because a few very large listings pull the average far above a typical price. The median is the middle value when listings are sorted by price.

We used public listing data only: asking price, category and region. We did not use confidential financial details, NDA material or the content of private offers. Listings are grouped using the category and region chosen for each listing, which sellers and admins can change.

    Asking prices by category

Online casinos dominate by number, but their low median suggests many are early-stage platforms or source code sales. White-label businesses ask more at the median, at €225,000. Affiliate listings ask the most, but there are only four.

    Apps13,000,0003,000,0003,000,000
    Platforms165,00065,00065,000

The apps and platforms rows each describe a single listing, so they are not a market price. The same caution applies to the four affiliate listings.

    Asking prices by price band

The marketplace has two clusters: smaller assets under €250,000 and large businesses at €1 million or more. Almost nothing sits between them.

Bar chart of 46 live listings by asking price. Only 2 listings ask between €250,000 and €999,999, while 11 listings ask €1,000,000 or more and hold 94% of the asking value.

The top band holds nearly all the asking value, so it says little about what a typical listing costs. That is why the median, not the total or the average, is the better guide for most buyers.

What this means for buyers and sellers

Buyers should compare a listing with others in the same price band and category, not with the marketplace average. A €100 source code sale and a €13 million licensed operation are different kinds of purchase, even though both sit under online casinos.

    If you are buying:

    • Use the median as a starting point, not a valuation. Sign the NDA and check the seller's figures before you make a serious offer.

    • Check what the price includes. A low ask may cover code or a domain, with no players, licence or revenue.

    • Expect little choice between €250,000 and €999,999. If that is your budget, you may need to look just above or below it, or use a saved search.

    • Confirm any licence with the regulator. A licence may not transfer with the business, and a change of control can need approval.

    If you are selling:

    • Price against similar assets, and explain the gap if your ask is well above the group median.

    • Say clearly what is included in the sale, because buyers cannot compare assets they do not understand.

    • Consider the €250,000 to €999,999 range. With only two live listings, a well-documented business there faces little direct competition on the marketplace.

    • Give buyers enough public detail to act. A median of 119 words per listing leaves many buyers with questions before they request an NDA.

    Limits of the data

This is a snapshot of one marketplace, not the whole iGaming M&A market. Private deals and sales made elsewhere do not appear here, and 46 listings is a small sample.

    • Asking prices, not sale prices: sellers set these prices, and a final price can be very different. We have no reliable record of final prices, so we do not report them.

    • Unverified listings: an admin reviews each listing before it goes live, but we do not verify sellers, revenue, traffic, ownership or licences.

    • Mixed assets: a category can hold a live business, a domain and a code base, so its median can hide big differences.

    • Small groups: a single new listing can move a median, especially in smaller categories.

    • One point in time: the figures will change as listings go live, sell or are archived.

Five businesses have been marked as sold on the marketplace, with a median ask of €300,000. That is too few to show a sold-price trend, so we leave sold listings out of the figures above.

    Common questions

How much does an online casino cost to buy?

On BuySellCasino, the median online casino listing asks €17,500 as of 6 November 2026. Asking prices run from €100 to €13 million, depending on what is for sale, such as code, a licence, players and revenue.

What is the median asking price for an iGaming business?

The median asking price across all 46 live BuySellCasino listings is €36,000. The total asking value is €42.4 million, but 11 listings of €1 million or more account for 94% of that.

How much are casino affiliate sites selling for?

The four live affiliate listings ask from €50,000 to €7.5 million, with a median of €2.25 million. These are asking prices, and four listings is too few to set a market price.

    Are these sale prices?

No. They are asking prices set by sellers. Final prices depend on due diligence and negotiation, and they can differ widely.

Can I see a listing's revenue and profit?

Yes, for listings that show them. Confidential details unlock after you sign the NDA for that listing and your request is approved.
